About Kissimmee Handyman
Marcus Bell owns Kissimmee Handyman. We handle drywall, doors and trim, mounting and assembly, minor carpentry, pressure washing, and grouped repair lists across Kissimmee and Osceola County.
We handle the repairs that sit between do-it-yourself and a full remodeling contractor. That means drywall, doors, trim, mounting, assembly, small carpentry, punch lists, and exterior cleaning for regular homes, long-term rentals, and the vacation properties around the US 192 and Reunion corridors. We ask for the list first, bring the tools and likely materials for that list, and keep additions separate so the job does not turn into an open-ended day.
Before the Appointment
Send each item, the room, and a photo. We sort out material, access, finish expectations, and anything that needs another trade before scheduling.
During the Visit
We walk the list, confirm the approved items, protect the work areas, and handle them in an order that allows compound, caulk, or paint preparation to dry while other repairs move forward.
What You Can Expect
A complete list, a written scope, and the right boundary when another trade is needed.
Small Jobs Welcome
Drywall patches, sticking doors, loose trim, mounting, assembly, and grouped repair lists are normal work for us.
Scope Before Work
The estimate follows your list and says which material and finish work are included.
Trade Limits Kept Clear
Electrical, plumbing, HVAC, roofing, structural, and permit work go to the proper licensed specialist.
