What the Work Involves
We walk the surface, move light items, protect nearby openings and plants, and choose the method for the material. Concrete can take more pressure than painted siding or a screen enclosure. We work in controlled passes, rinse surrounding areas, and point out stains that are damage rather than dirt before promising a result.
What You Get
- Method adjusted for concrete, pavers, wood, or painted surfaces
- Nearby doors, outlets, and delicate areas protected
- Useful as part of rental and move-out maintenance
Signs You Need This
- Driveway algae is slick after rain
- Patio furniture left dark outlines
- Fence or walkway looks uneven
- A rental exterior needs cleaning between occupants
Pressure Is Not the Same on Every Surface
Concrete can handle a controlled high-pressure pass. Painted siding, wood fences, stucco details, and screens need lower pressure and more help from the cleaning solution. Using the concrete setting everywhere can etch a wall or raise wood grain.
We test a small area and keep the wand moving. If the surface is loose, cracked, or already peeling, we show you before washing that section.
Florida Algae and Shade
North-facing walks, pool-side pavers, and areas under oak shade stay damp longer after summer rain. That is where the green film returns first. Cleaning removes the buildup that is there now; it does not change drainage or sunlight.
We rinse planting beds and avoid leaving strong cleaner pooled around roots. Doors and exterior outlets stay closed and protected while nearby surfaces are washed.
